A Total of Three (3) Winners will be chosen. One (1) Grand Prize Winner, One (1) 2nd Prize Winner, One (1) 3rd Prize Winner. The following describes the Prizes in more detail.
1. The Grand Prize: Eight (8) Tickets to see Disney On Ice – Frozen. The Disney Performances will be performed at the Talking Stick Arena (formerly US Airways Arena in Downtown Phoenix) during the Phoenix performance dates of January 13 to January 18, 2016. Approximate Value $800
2. Second Prize: Tickets for 12 to see the Movie of Your Choice at Metrocenter’s Harkins Theatres. The Tickets can be used at any time. They will expire 6 months after receipt. Approximate Value: $100
3. Third Prize: Tickets for 12 to see “A Good Dinosaur” the Pixar holiday movie. The Tickets can be used at any time but must be used prior to the ending of the run at Metrocenter’s Harkins Theatres. They will automatically expire at the end of the run. Approximate Value: $100

Complete and submit an entry form at all participating Metrocenter stores, restaurants and services. One entry, per person, per store, per day.

The Official Rules
METROCENTER ENTER TO WIN DRAWING 2015 RULES & REGULATIONS
Entry: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. You may enter once at each participating Metrocenter store/restaurant/service location per day. Enter-to-win drawing begins on October 20, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time and ends December 20, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.
Eligibility: Must be 18 and older to be eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. Employees and immediate family or household members of Metrocenter, its Ownership, Carlyle Development Group their affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, printers, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers are not eligible to participate.
Winner Selection: Three (3) winners will be selected and notified by December 20, 2015. One (1) Grand Prize Winner, One (1) 2nd Prize Winner, One (1) 3rd Prize Winner. The Winners will be randomly drawn by Metrocenter Management personnel, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Need not be present to win.
Winners will be notified by phone, email or mail. Names will appear on the Metrocenter website at metrocentermall.com. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except Metrocenter. Metrocenter is not responsible and may disqualify an entrant for any reason.

General Conditions: This Enter-to-Win is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Metrocenter reserves the right to change the Official Rules at any time without notice. The Drawing is not to be used in connection with any form of gambling. Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within the United States. All taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with any of these Official Rules may result in forfeiture of the prize. If prize is forfeited, an additional drawing at random from eligible entries will be made to determine a winner. If, by reason of a typographical or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.
Except where prohibited by law, winner grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) permission for Metrocenter , its advertising and promotional agencies, and those acting under the authority of each to use such winner’s name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the world wide web, without notice, review, approval, or additional compensation. Winner further agrees that Metrocenter, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, printers, distributors and the respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of each will have no liability whatsoever for and shall be held harmless by winner against, any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, participation in this promotion, or while traveling to, preparing for or participating in any prize-related activity. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. Metrocenter will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
Conduct: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be available upon request. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects. Metrocenter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
