Metrocenter Guest Services                                                                                                                                    Located in between Dillards and JCPenny on the lower level, under the escalators. Services include wheelchairs, mall information, Westcor Gift Cards, bus schedules, and general information.

Wheelchairs
There are a limited number of wheelchairs available for use at Guest Services. Customers must complete a checkout form and provide appropriate state issued ID. No fee is required for this service.

Physically Challenged Guests
Metrocenter has special parking and restroom accessibility, automatic door entrances and elevators. TDD telephones are located near the north and south mall elevators.

Metrocenter Play Area
Located on the lower level in front of JCPenneys, the play area includes cushioned carpeting, soft play elements and a futuristic rocket ship to enhance the imagination. The Play Area is for children 42 inches and smaller or 10 years-old and younger. The Play Area is open during mall hours.

Westcor Kids Club
Westcor Kids Club meets at Metrocenter every second Wednesday of the month at 10 am on the lower level inside entrance 5. Visit Guest Services for more details on upcoming shows, and to register.

Family Restrooms
Located on the lower level near Dillards and on the upper level in the food court. These are equipped with changing tables and a private area for nursing mothers.

Mall Employment Listings
Find out what stores currently have positions available. Ask a Guest Services representative for more details.

Automatic Teller Machines
Located in the Food Court, the Upper Level near Macy's, the Lower Level near Old Navy and on the Lower Level between JCPenney and Sears.

Telephones
Located in Center Court Restrooms, the Food Court and at all main entrances.

Security Assistance
Metrocenter security is available to help with lost children/parents, first aid, car trouble, and lost and found. Additionally, a courtesy escort service is offered to accompany guests to their cars. Security staff is on duty 24 hours a day.

Lost and Found
Mall Security handles lost and found items. It is located next to the restroom area on the Lower Level and can be contacted by calling (602) 944-0970.

Parking
Metrocenter has several designated handicapped parking spaces located throughout the parking lot. These are located by the main entrances and by the department store entrances.

Strollers
SmartCarte single strollers are available for a rental fee of $5. Customers receive a refund of $1 upon the return of the stroller to the rental unit. The stroller units are located on the Lower Level by the Red Entrance, on the Lower Level between JCPenney and Sears, and on the Upper Level by the Yellow Entrance next to Journey's.

Walking
Mall doors are open Monday through Saturday at 7:00 am and Sundays at 9:00 am for mall walkers. The Upper Level of Metrocenter is .80 miles and the Lower Level of Metrocenter is .60 miles.
