The Tenant Package consists of each and every one of the attached items, as modified, supplemented, updated or amended from time to time by the Macerich Company. Tenant, its contractors, subcontractors, employees, representatives, suppliers, and agents are required under the terms of Tenant's lease to comply with each and every one of the attached items as applicable to the referenced location.
